Our Aims and Ethos

Dundry Church of England Primary School, works together with everyone involved in order to decide how the school will best meet the needs and interests of the children who attend it.  We believe in placing the school at the heart of our community which we serve.

Our vision is for all children to have life in all its fullness, John 10:10. The aims and ethos within the school support all the children so they reach their full potential.

The Christian ethos of the school is reflected in our shared values and permeates  through all aspects of school life: Trust, Compassion, Hope, Creativity, Friendship and Community. Please see our photos below for some examples of these values in our everyday school life.

Our mission statement: A small school making a BIG difference, recognises the importance of us as a school within the wider world and how we can play an important role both locally and globally. Our key Christian values are instilled through daily acts of worship, weekly circle times and a our strong sense of community.
